This lobster roll is mayo based with celery, chives, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. The lobster salad is light and refreshing and if you prefer a stronger lemon taste, this is the right roll for you!

This lobster roll is butter based and extremely unique in Freddy’s choice in using chile rajas and picolo de gallo in the lobster roll! If you live, work, or play in the area often, check back frequently, Freddy creates a special flavored lobster every month (I heard the kimchi flavored one was great)!

Ethel’s Lobster Roll
Served with kettle chips and cole slaw on rosemary roll $21

Island Creek Oyster Bar chef Jeremy Sewall’s Grandma Ethel created this delicious recipe of lobster that took her 50 years to perfect.  She used a mayo base with red onion, dill pickle, celery, lemon juice, celery salt, kosher salt, and white pepper. Did I mention this was delicious? This is definitely one of my favorites of the night and I can’t wait to enjoy the entire meal next time when I am in Boston!
